Biological Testing

Can you see GERMS? That’s right, you can’t. Because you can’t see them, it is very important to know what pathogens are in your space. Is it Shigella, E.Coli, MRSA, Cryptosporidium, or some other nasty infection? The only way to know if and which potential health threat lurks in your space is to have surface biological testing done.

Biological cleanliness is determined by the use of either an ATP meter or Swab lab testing. In most cases to determine biological cleanliness levels, checking for Adenosine TriPhosphate (ATP) tells us if the surface is hardly contaminated, somewhat contaminated, or unacceptably contaminated. As per the chart above, 0-80 is considered clean and thus relatively safe. Looking at the photo’s below, however, will tell a different story.

More in-depth lab reports can tell significantly more.
